Anthony found a seasonal renter for our Sarasota condo and then mid-season found a buyer for when the rental period ended. He and his wonderful staff helped us with maintenance of the unit, provided connections when we needed help with moving, storage and for the closing - and provided hands on professional help with every aspect of our renting and sales experience. I was initially concerned because our transactions were conducted remotely from NY - but this proved to be no issue as Anthony and his staff were thoughtful, caring and responsive - checking in often on the condition of the condo and with us.
